Bartosz Karbowski
Managing Partner
An expert in the field of corporate law. He specializes in providing services to business entities and conducts selected cases for individual clients. As part of his activities, he coordinated numerous M&A processes, supervised legal audits preceding the acquisition of enterprises (due diligence), and represented entrepreneurs in concentration proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. As an attorney and defense lawyer, he represents clients in commercial disputes before common and arbitration courts. He also has experience in the field of international commercial law.
Education:
Attorney-at-law (ORA Katowice). A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. Participant of international trainings and conferences on the recovery of foreign debts (“Access to Civil Justice Simplification of cross-border Debt Collection”) and out-of-court methods of settling civil disputes (“Court settlement as an alternative dispute solution”).

Mateusz Kinas
Attorney-at-law
Attorney, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice.
He specializes in commercial law and capital market law. A valued advisor in transactions made within the public market, as well as in the field of information policy of companies and the issue of debt securities and their introduction to trading on the regulated market.
He provides support for decision making, supervisory and management bodies in creating the legal framework for their operation. He participates in legal services for mergers and acquisitions of companies (M&A) and other ownership transformations. He has experience in providing legal services to companies from the development, pharmaceutical, medical and IT industries.

Piotr Latocha

Legal Advisor, law graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Master’s thesis on the subject of “The status of a prison service officer”, which he prepared under the scientific supervision of prof. Małgorzata Gersdorf defended with a very good result. A specialist in the field of labor law. He gained experience in reputable Warsaw law firms. Already during his studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, he is closely related to the subject of labor law – a participant of both seminars and extracurricular lectures on this subject. Also in the professional field, he has always been involved in legal services for companies from the transport and construction industry in the field of labor law. He has experience in matters relating to both individual and collective labor law, including contacts with trade unions.

dr Piotr Sekulski
Tax advisor / Of counsel
Tax advisor (entry no. 13740), doctor of law at the Jagiellonian University. He is also scientifically associated with the University at Buffalo (USA) and Paris Lodron Universität (Austria).
Author of numerous scientific publications and presentations at conferences and seminars.
He gained professional experience in tax consulting companies (PWC, Thedy & Partners or CRIDO). He specializes in income taxes (including the so-called IP Box relief) and international taxes.
As an expert on tax regulations in The Centre of Adam Smith he participated in the preparation and evaluation of numerous draft legal regulations concerning entrepreneurs (e.g. the amendment concerning the possibility of organizing shareholders’ meetings via the Internet).
